I have a quite long experience of practicing yoga with different styles and different teachers. Yuki was the first yoga teacher that invited me to take the time to notice my experience after
having completed a yoga asana and to harvest the gold in it. That was remarkable and led to a much deeper and brouder experience as I ever had before. Thank you for that, Yuki.

Doing Yoga with Yuki was like discovering a whole new dimension of Yoga.
Yuki´s invitation to explore this infinite space between the Asanas was delightful and left me with deep peace and relaxation, and the profound experience that the most important is what happens
"in between".

Yoga is good for body and soul, this I knew, but Yuki's Yoga is something very
special. Special is not a enough word to express this precious
experience. Uhh how should I describe...Yuki's Yoga is the
VERITAS. That's the word! I can feel the energy from the earth and the
sky through my body in the sessions. And at he same time, I can release all the stress.
Yuki is an amazingly experienced Yoga master. When I hear her soft and gentle voice with clear explanation, I can completely warp into the relaxed world.
Thank God!
Yuki 's Yoga is too good to be true!!

The Stone is falling
I was familiar with singing bowls before I met Yuki and I heard about it’s healing power as well. I did not deny that it might be true, but for me it was just the
case: believe it or believe it not. I could not imagine that this metallic thing might hold the answer to the question I was asking myself for so long. On a warm summer day I met Yuki at
the summer tollwood next to the Olympia park. We wandered about the area and stopped by the place where they was selling singing bowls. I was not interested so much, so I stand by and looked
around. Then out of the sudden Yuki was trying out one of the singing bowls and hold it in front of my chest. In that moment I could felt a strong energy wanting to force its way to my body,
especially to my heart but effortless. It felt not good. I could feel some kind of stagnation. The energy was stucking. I was surprised to literally getting sick of a sound. After telling Yuki
about that she said to me, I need to open my heart to let the energy flow through. I was fascinated and confused at the same time. How should I open it? Why is it closed? And how is it possible
to detect something like this with a sound. From that day I was curious about to finding out more about it. So I spend a lot of time with investigations. Fortunately Yuki invited me to singing
bowl meditation and I was participating. In that session I could feel much more than just blockades. I could feel the energy flowing through me and the area. It was healthy and satisfying. After
the session I felt relaxed and clean. I could feel a strong bound to something very strengthful. A few months later I was able to overcome the blockade in my chest - the stone was falling from my
heart and that hurt. But in the end it was gone. I was free of it. I could really feel the difference. I’m so thankful to met Yuki. I’m thankful to get in touch closer to this kind of things you
need to trust unconsciously and open hearted. I learned to let it go to come closer to it. Sounds weird and strange but feels good and that is what matters. Everybody can feel what is good for
and what is bad. We need to stop thinking of controlling everything with our mind and we need starting feel, start to flow with the sound of life to live in joy and peace. Yuki helped me to
rethink and I think she can help you to get another point of view as well.
